  • 2nd Course: Various amuses—scallops, steak tartare, goat cheese, bread with dippers

  • 3rd Course: Sea bass

  • 4th Course: Duo roll with pesto and cheese, tenderloin, and veal oyster

  • 5th Course: Wedding cake (white exterior, chocolate inside, strawberry)
