• 16:00 – Check-in. Guests who’ve confirmed their castle stay with Randy & Sasha will be shown to their assigned room by staff upon arrival. Rates are listed below (Hotel, Kasteel Hoekelum)*

• 17:00 – Drinks and appetizers (Serre / Sunroom)

• 19:00 – Dinner, 3 courses (Muziekzaal) - family & hotel guests - Welcome Dinner Menu

• 22:00 – End of diner (Closing of Restaurant)

Friday August 22nd - Wedding Day

• 10:00 – Breakfast, guests of Kasteel Hoekelum Hotel (Serre / Sun Room)

• 11:00 - Free time to walk the surrounding forest paths and visit Hoekelum's historic farm buildings (short walk)

• 12:00 – We suggest a tradition Dutch lunch at Boerderij Hoekelum, a short walk from Kasteel Hoekelum

• 13:00 – Refresh for Wedding (Hotel rooms)

• 14:00 - Guests of Castle Hoekelum depart courtyard / binnenplaats to board bus or cars to wedding ceremony

• 15:00 – Ceremony (external location), Gemeente Wageningen, Enter via the double stairway to side of municipality; transportation by bus or cars)

• 16:00 - Travel back to Kasteel Hoekelum

• 17:15 – Toast with prosecco and happy hour (Balverenzaal, Kasteel Hoekelum)

• 17:30 – Wedding Dinner, 5 courses (Balverenzaal) - Dinner Menu

• 20:30 – Refresh in hotel rooms or stroll the castle garden grounds to take in the fresh air

• 21:00 - Cacao Ceremony lead by Kate (Olek's best woman) (Garden - around fire)

• 21:15 – Start party - Master of Ceremonies and Music Curator, DJ, Joel January (Muziekzaal / Music Hall)

• 23.45 - Song composed / performed by Alexandrea "Alex" & Robert "Rob" (Randy's best man) for Olek & Randy (Muziekzaal / Music Hall)

• 00:15 – End of party

Saturday August 23rd

• 10:00 – Breakfast, guests of Kasteel Hoekelum Hotel (Serre / Sun Room)

• 11:45 – Checking out (Hotel, Kasteel Hoekelum)*

• 12:00 - Experience Wageningen, the city we love. From Kasteel Hoekelum, we will walk through the forest to Ede-Wageningen train station, depart to our nearby home city of Wageningen. Enjoying a relaxing day together touring the charming and historic town, experiencing the special places that we frequent.

Additional Notes:

• The ceremony is at an external location, at Gemeente Wageningen, and guests are to arrange their own transportation or use the bus provided. Following the ceremony, the bus will transport guests who arrived by bus to Kasteel Hoekelum for the reception.

• The painting displayed in the wedding ceremony room depicts Queen Juliana, remembered as a warm, compassionate queen who helped shape a more modern, accessible Dutch monarchy.

• The party will feature our friend, musical curator and master of ceremonies, Joel January, an Artist from California.

• Best Woman for Sasha "Olek" is Kate Herring; Best Man for Randy "Ole" is Rob Bachus; Our witnesses: Miranda Hilverink; Lindalou Vodegel Matzen; Maurice Hellebrekers; and Moira.Meijer.

• Rooms: 16 double and 2 single rooms reserved for nights of August 21 and 22.

  *Guests who have confirmed a room with us in advance will be on the room-list and are to pay for their rooms upon checkout (rates per night €102 single; €120 carriage house & castle second floor; €140 castle main floor)

• Dietary requirements - please indicate. We have five vegetarians, and one gluten allergy noted as of now.
